  1. Request adoption of Resolution 2025-01-11 relating to the three alternatives to be studied in the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for Clark County’s 2025 Comprehensive Plan periodic update pursuant to Chapter 36.7-A RCW. In addition, request pre-approval for utilizing additional one-time General Fund dollars for the requested financial impacts.

  2. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an interlocal agreement between Clark County, Washington and City of Camas related to supplemental IT support.

  3. Request approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Cascadia Consulting Group to complete a comprehensive study of mixed municipal solid waste generated in and initially disposed of within Clark County, Washington using Solid Waste fund balance. Also, request approval for the County Manager to sign the agreement and any resulting amendments. Total expected remuneration $321,046.
     
  4. Request approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix, Inc. for the north county transfer station siting study, funded by Regional Solid Waste System funds. Expected remuneration for Phase I $768,049.53. Also, request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the agreement and any resulting amendments.

  10. Request approval of a Memorandum of Agreement with Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency (CRESA) to obtain user access and use of CRESA’s 800 MHz public safety radio system.   12. Request approval to execute a Fuel Tax Funding Agreement with the Washington State Transportation Improvement Board for the NE 179th Street at NE 29th Avenue (Intersection Improvement), CRP 300322.

  1. Request approval to award 2025 grant funds in the amount of $615,694.07 from the PEG Capital Support Fund to TV ETC, and CVTV.  
     
  2. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign Amendment No. 1 with Angelo Property Company, LP for the 210 East 13th Street Building Lease Agreement and any resulting amendments.
     
  3. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Vancouver and Clark County associated with the Hazel Dell Avenue and Burnt Bridge Creek Trail Crossing Project
     
  4. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign four professional services task assignment contracts of $300,000 with two firms for Hydraulic Engineering and two firms for Geotechnical Engineering emergency needs services. The sum of all contracts will not exceed $1,200,000.
